- Refunds are only available on singular download purchases. This prevents some (unfortunately unscrupulous) people buying huge amounts of our work and then trying to claim refunds while retaining their purchases. If you haven’t purchased from us before we do ask that you first try buying just one session before making multiple purchases for this reason.
- There will be only one refund per customer every 6 months.
No refunds are offered on our eBooks.
