For your own safety, it is important that you do not listen to any of these hypnosis recordings whilst driving, operating dangerous machinery or in any other potentially hazardous situation.

Instead, make sure you are in a calm and peaceful environment, and that you will not be disturbed for at least half an hour. Stress the importance of this to your family and friends. Switch off any potential distractions such as phones, TV’s, radios, alarms etc. Subdue the lighting and make sure the room is a comfortable temperature. It is advisable to wear headphones so as to totally absorb yourself into the hypnosis session. Many people prefer to listen to these sessions just before they go to sleep, however we are all different, so experiment with this to find your optimum time of day.

For optimum usage, listen to these hypnosis recordings at least once per day for three weeks, then once per week for a month after that. Since you have paid for a recording, you have the advantage of being able to listen to it whenever you like for no extra cost! Observe any special instructions that are pertinent to the individual recordings.

Help yourself. Go into these sessions with an optimistic and positive outlook. We are both on the same team. We want to help you, and you want improve yourself.
