I am very intereted to start doing the Virtual Gastric Hypnotic procedure.I am a trained Hypnotherapist
I have attended a day course by Pro Hearne in London.However I have found it short on the Basic process
I wonder if any of your readers can recommend a good Script also if anyone can suggest a good c/d to give
to the client to listen too in between Sessions.

Hi Jake,

I was wondering if you are unsure that the hypnotherapy has worked, how long before you should try it again? And if you do do it again do you need to follow the same process with the three day liquid diet?
The first couple of days my appetite did decrease and I was eating less but it seems to have worn off, so Im not sure if the hypno actually stuck

Hi Ruth,

You can re-use the the sessions as often as you want to top up the hypnotic suggestions.
